Role Focus
This role is focused on AI agents and tools integration rather than core statistical modeling. You will help connect SCAP’s analytics engine to real-world workflows using LLMs, automation tools, and simple glue code.
What You Might Work On
- Designing AI “copilot” flows for marketers and analytics users (e.g., explain segments, suggest retention actions, summarize CLV drivers).
- Integrating LLMs (OpenAI / local models) into n8n workflows, Slack/Notion bots, or simple REST endpoints.
- Building agent-style automations such as lead qualification, outreach drafting, or scheduled insights based on SCAP’s CLV & churn outputs.
- Connecting SCAP output to tools like Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, CRMs, or CDPs.
- Collaborating on simple UI hooks (buttons, prompts) that trigger agents from the SCAP dashboard or external tools.
Good Fit If You
- Enjoy experimenting with LLM APIs, n8n, Zapier-style automation, or Python scripts.
- Are curious about AI agents and tool-use frameworks and want real product examples.
- Are comfortable reading JSON / API responses and wiring systems together.
- Want portfolio pieces that show end-to-end flows, not just isolated notebooks.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not All Required)
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models, etc.).
- Basic Python or JavaScript for glue code / webhooks.
- Interest in customer analytics / marketing operations.
What You Gain
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and automations around a real analytics product.
- LinkedIn endorsement + reference letter.
- Public credit for contributions (demos, docs, or Git history where applicable).
- Priority consideration for future advisory or paid roles when SCAP scales.
